Cancellation, Rescheduling, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals Policy

At Karen Mudie Healing Energies and Renew Yourself, we value our time together and am dedicated to providing you with the highest quality service possible. To honour both your commitment and the energy I invest in each session, please review the following policies designed to ensure a respectful and seamless experience for both of us.

Booking and Confirmation:

• All appointments require a deposit or a credit card on file to confirm your booking. Even if you prefer to pay in cash, a deposit via bank transfer or a credit card on file is required to secure your appointment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• 48-Hour Notice: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours' notice without any charge.
• 24-48 Hours' Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling made between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the full session amount.
• Less than 24 Hours' Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full session amount.

No-Shows:

• Failure to attend your appointment without prior notification will be considered a no-show, and the full session amount will be charged. For prepaid packages, the missed session will be deducted from your balance.

​Multiple Cancellations:

• If multiple last-minute cancellations rescheduling or no show’s occur, full payment will be required upfront for all future appointments to ensure commitment and respect for both our schedules.

Late Arrivals:

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent clients, but the full session fee will still apply. This ensures that all clients receive their scheduled time and attention.

​Classes, Events, and Workshops:

• Payment: Full payment is required 48 hours before the start of any class, event, or workshop to confirm your participation.
• Cancellations: No refunds or changes will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the commencement of the class, event, or workshop.
• Reiki Training Workshops:
  • Deposits and Payment Plans: Flexible payment options, including deposits and payment plans, can be arranged upon agreement.
  • Final Payment: Full payment is required two weeks prior to the training date.
  • Cancellations and Changes: No refunds will be issued within two weeks of the training date. However, changes to attend a different class may be accommodated if requested before this two-week period, depending on the circumstances.
