I’m Karen, a transformational healer, Reiki Master Teacher, Coach and mentor devoted to helping women heal deeply, awaken their energy, and return home to the truth of who they are.
With more than 30 years of experience in holistic health and energy medicine, I blend ancient wisdom with modern modalities - guiding women to reconnect with their bodies, release emotional blocks, and restore inner balance.
Through my work in Reiki Reclaimed and Quantum Healing, I hold sacred space for women to transform their pain into purpose, realign with their authentic self, and experience a new level of peace, freedom, and vitality.

My Journey
My passion for healing began in the early 1990s after completing my Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Education at the University of Canberra. My curiosity about the human body and mind led me into massage therapy, energy medicine, and spiritual healing, and I’ve been learning and evolving ever since.
Throughout my life, I’ve walked the same path I now guide others through, one of transforming limiting beliefs, releasing deep emotional layers, and remembering my worth. For years, I lived from patterns of over giving, people-pleasing, and self-doubt, believing I had to prove my value through doing.
Through my own healing work - breathwork, Reiki, hypnosis, and subconscious transformation - I’ve learned how to move from survival into flow, from fear into trust, and from striving into surrender.
That journey of awakening continues every day.
I evolve as I help others evolve and that’s what makes this work so sacred.
